This is by far one of my favorite vegan chocolate pudding recipes! It is rich, creamy and has a special ingredient that makes it super healthy too – avocados!

I have to be honest – I never liked the whole chocolate-orange combination. I remember finding those chocolates shaped like oranges in my kitchen growing up and wondering how my parents could eat them! Gross!
Oh how times have changed! I now love this flavor combination. There is something about it that feels so luxurious and I think you will love it too!

After I gave tried the result of adding orange to this pudding, I realized I couldn’t go back. It adds this extra level of flavor that is a nice surprise and makes you want to lick the entire pudding cup! Enough babbling from me though. Try it out for yourself and let me know what you think!
3 large avocados or 4 small ones 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 2 tsp vanilla extract 1/3-1/2 cup maple syrup 1 tsp orange zest 2 tsp fresh orange juice 1-2 Tbsp unsweetened non-dairy milk (almond, coconut, etc.) Pinch of sea salt
