I’ve got another watermelon recipe for you. This time in the form of a refreshing drink! This might be one of my favorite summertime treats. I love watermelon juice, I love rose water and I love the flavor of cucumber in pretty much any beverage. Cucumber soda anyone? Just me?
All three of these flavors together are just insanely good. They just work.
According to Ayurveda, all three of these ingredients are very cooling to the body, making this drink the ultimate summertime recipe.
If you really want to you can add a splash of vodka to this, but I think it tastes perfect on its own.
2 cups cubed watermelon 1 cup peeled and sliced cucumber 1 tsp Bulgarian rose water Juice from 1/2 lime + a slice for rim of glass 2-3 Tbsp granulated white sugar Soda water (optional) Ice To garnish: Mint Cucumber slices *Note: If you prefer to not use ice, simply add strained watermelon mixture to a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice. Shake a few times to chill mixture. Strain into glass of choice and garnish. Ingredients
